Introducing Mac -- Mahesh Nair

Mahesh Nair (Mac) is a full-time photographer today. An engineer by education and the previous COO of BPO firm Spectramind, Nair discovered his passion by accident. He had a chance to shoot the famous Yellow Stone National Park. Mac says ”When I showed the photographs to people, the reaction I got was very encouraging and over the next one year — from 2004 to 2005 — I did shoots at several places and got completely addicted to it. I had two options. One was continue with the corporate life in yet another company, yet another start-up — maybe start up something myself. Or I could forget all about that and follow my heart. My heart won over the head."

This Blog strives to bring his vision and amazing possibilities he is opening up with his photography. For starters, here is a photo that was featured in The Hindu newspaper recently.

While his first coffee table book has been on the bookshelves of the major Indian bookshops, it is now possible to buy online for worldwide delivery. The link is
